Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) has won a major infrastructure contract worth ₹1,031 crore from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC). HCC stated, "Once completed, this project is poised to contribute to enhanced connectivity, reduced travel time, and the region's overall economic development." The company is optimistic that this infrastructure upgrade will facilitate smoother transportation and serve as a catalyst for growth in Raigad district and beyond.
Following the news, HCC shares closed 3.5% higher on Monday at ₹43.74 per share, reflecting growing investor confidence. The stock has shown strong performance this year, rising nearly 60%.
